Pınar Gurme Soudjouk
Pınar Gurme Soudjouk has a distinctive flavour due to the enhanced taste of the meat, which is diced into chunks during the production process, before being mixed together with a special blend of spices. This is in comparison to other soudjouk types, where the meat is minced and used as a paste during the production process.
The Gurme Soudjouk is made from beef. During the production process, the meat is dried for almost a week, to drop the humidity rate to below 40%. This ensures that the Gourmet Soudjouk can be enjoyed at its best and kept fresh in the fridge once the packaging has been opened.
