Yaşar Education And Culture Foundation

Yaşar Education and Culture Foundation was founded in February 1974 in Izmir by Durmuş Yaşar in order to carry out education and culture activities. Yaşar Education and Culture Foundation, which has contributed to the education of 6,540 students by providing scholarships since its establishment, provides completely free scholarships to talented, hardworking, successful and needy students studying in Business Administration, Business Engineering, Economics, Tourism Management, Chemistry Undergraduate, Chemical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Computer Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Food Engineering, Civil Engineering, Architecture, Aquaculture, Veterinary Medicine departments and only in Anatolian Vocational High Schools in high school.

Another aim of Yaşar Education and Culture Foundation is to make educational investments in cooperation with the Ministry of National Education. The Foundation, which has contributed to National Education by building 8 schools so far, has recently inaugurated The 16-classroom Vocational and Technical Anatolian High School, which provides education in the fields of dairy technology, culinary arts and gastronomy, in Tepebaşı district of Eskişehir province in 2019.

In addition to these activities, the foundation organizes symposiums, congresses, conducts scientific studies and publishes scientific studies in various fields.
