Double Cream Cheese is produced by the ultra-filtration (UF) technique, where it gets its name. Due to the production and packaging technology, the cheese is fermented within the package.

With its soft texture, Double Cream Cheese can be sliced or spread on bread. With its soft texture and neutral taste it addresses a wide range of consumers, including the elderly and the children.
