Pınar Hot Ketchup is rich in lycopene, a pigment which is found naturally in fruit and vegetables, and belongs to the carotene family. Lycopene is an anti-oxidant which is absorbed by the body.  It helps repair damaged cells by fighting DNA oxidation, which can cause cancer. It has been found that as the amount of lycopene in the blood increases, there is a correlated decrease in the amount of oxidized compounds.
