Recruitment in our group companies is one of the important processes in meeting best the human resources requirements of today and of tomorrow of our organization.

During the recruitment process, the job applications are pre-evaluated by taking consideration the level of knowledge and skills, the competencies and experiences, which the position required needs. First interviews and evaluations are carried out by the Human Resources Department. The candidates undergo a foreign language test in line with the requirements of the position. Nominate candidates are directed to the executives of the related divisions and functions to make the second interview. Finally the candidate to be recruited is offered a salary containing the wage and all social benefits.
